Terms & Conditions

Deposit is non-refundable. Booking forms and deposit should be received by us no later than 5 days from the date of making the provisional telephone booking. 6 weeks before your holiday you will be sent a balancing invoice. The balance is due for payment 6 weeks prior to the holiday date. After the balance is received, the key
will be forwarded to you together with directions to Pyegreave Cottage – normally about 10 days prior to your visit. A damage deposit of £100 is to be paid with the final payment, which will normally be returned to you within 2 weeks after the end of your visit (assuming no serious damage)

Please return the key promptly when you leave
Cancellations must be in writing - the following charges being applicable unless we are able to re-let the cottage:

6 weeks prior to visit 50% of the total cost
less than 6 weeks 75% of the total cost

(we recommend you take out any necessary insurance to cover a cancellation)
The price of the accommodation includes the following: Electricity, Linen, Hot water, Central heating.

Your accommodation will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please try not to arrive earlier –we will still be busy preparing your accommodation. Cottage to be vacated by 10am on the day of leaving.

For any breach of the Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to enter the property.

Our self catering cottage is set on a non working hill farm. If you have any queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.


• The cottage is not appropriate for wheelchair use
• Bookings / enquiries can be made via email, fax or phone or for availability visit the Visit Peak District website
• The nearest bus stop is 1 ½ miles from the property
• The nearest train station (Chapel-en-le-Frith) is 3 ½ miles away
• Tesco and Waitrose are able to deliver your shopping prior to your arrival by arrangement
